HISTORY
Helen was introduced to the BodyTalk System whist living in Sydney, Australia. 

“Two friends of mine were attending BodyTalk sessions at a Clinic in Sydney.  Both of these friends are professional, down to earth people, who were quite skeptical before attending their first sessions, but were now achieving unquestionably successful results.  They were both so impressed with the results achieved through BodyTalk, that it motivated me to book a session for myself.  BodyTalk truly is amazing.  I knew immediately that I had to learn more about this refreshing approach to healthcare.”

Helen’s BodyTalk Practitioner, Melissa Armstrong pointed her in the direction of the IBA, and within a month Helen was on her first BodyTalk course with Lynette Favell – a highly experienced BodyTalk Instructor / Practitioner.  Helen studied with Lynette in Sydney and in Brisbane, and became a Certified Practitioner earlier this year.

“Taking a career break and moving to Australia provided me with the precious opportunity to study BodyTalk.   My instructor Lynette has been involved in BodyTalk since it was first created by fellow Australian John Veltheim.  She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and I feel privileged to have been trained by her.  I am now incredibly excited to be bringing BodyTalk to Essex, and to be joining the growing number of Qualified BodyTalk Practitioners in the UK.”
